Our issuance services address the need for innovative and efficient securities services. These are tailored to our clients' requirements and powered by the best technology available, so that when it comes to setting up an ISIN, clients can use either an Internet-based terms (IBT) or Internet-based listing (IBL) system. We work closely with the wider SIX organization, ensuring that data need only be entered once, meaning all traders have access to the same information simultaneously.

You can register new issues using individual physical certificates, global certificates or in the form of uncertificated securities. Uncertificated securities have many advantages including reduced opening costs, removing costs for dispatching, insuring and destroying certificates, and a simplified process for providing holding statements.
