Members Area DocHub & RegHub

Welcome to our DocHub & RegHub Members Area. We have created this space to help you find all system-relevant information quickly and efficiently. Registered Customers and Suppliers will find all the information they need in the Documentation Centre as well, accessible after login in SIX Frontdoor.

DocHub Members Area

SIX has developed a Document Hub (DocHub) that connects product manufacturers and distributors to ensure that regulatory documents (PRIIP KID, UCITS KIID etc.) and marketing material are readily available in clients' e-banking and core banking systems. Connecting to the SIX DocHub:

  • Expands your retail network
  • Eliminates the need for a direct connection to each Distributor or Issuer/Manufacturer
  • Creates a single source for advisors to search and obtain KIDs and other types of regulatory and marketing documents throughout the product lifecycle
  • Provides reporting and 10 year archiving of downloaded documents

The DocHub Members Area is structured into the following areas:

Configuration

RegHub allows the Supplier of data (e.g. manufacturer delivering MiFID data) to define if the data should be made available for either all Distributors (public) or only for a specific Distributor. This information can be set on record level by using the attribute “distributions”. For example, it can be defined that data of a certain instrument (e.g. a private placement or an OTC instrument) should only be sent to a specific Distributor. If no information is provided, the data will be distributed to all SIX RegHub Distributors (via the public channel).
