If you use this form to transmit confidential data (e.g. account number), you accept the risk of disclosure of the banking relationship and bank client information to third parties and release SIX from any liability for damages arising from the use of this form, to the extent permitted by law.

Please note that the use of e-mail involves significant risks, such as lack of confidentiality, possible manipulation of the content or sender, wrong recipient, viruses, etc. SIX declines any responsibility for damages in connection with the use of e-mail.
