Today, SIX welcomes Sustainable Real Estate Investments SICAV, c/o Sustainable Real Estate AG, as a new issuer on SIX Swiss Exchange. Their first fund, the Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland, available in CHF (ISIN CH0267501291), increases the total number of mutual funds traded at the Swiss stock exchange to 46, which are listed by 23 different issuers. 43 of these funds are classified as real estate funds.

High Interest in Investment Funds
Sustainable Real Estate AG is the first new real estate fund issuer joining SIX Swiss Exchange in 2023. In the first eight months of the current year the trading turnover in investment funds amounted to CHF 5.5 billion. Over 230,000 transactions were carried out in this segment during this period.
The fund Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland was launched in 2015 and its assets currently amount to around CHF 479 million. The fund invests in properties throughout Switzerland with a focus on residential properties. The portfolio comprises 33 existing properties and one new construction project.
