In February 2023, trading turnover on SIX Swiss Exchange reached CHF 85.4 billion, 3.9% less than in the previous month, while the number of transactions fell by 7.2% to a total of 4,020,721. The SMI® performance was -1.7% and reached 11,098.4 points at the end of the month; since the start of the year, it is up 3.4%. The stock that generated the highest turnover during the reporting month was ROCHE GS with CHF 8.4 billion; NOVARTIS N was the most traded stock with 276,049 transactions.
