SIX welcomes Nova Property Fund Management AG as a new issuer at SIX Swiss Exchange. The real estate fund by Nova Property Fund Management AG brings the total number of mutual funds traded at SIX Swiss Exchange to 43, listed by 22 different issuers. 40 funds classify as real estate funds, including the newly listed Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund available in CHF (ISIN CH0444142555).

Nova Property Fund Management AG is the second real estate fund issuer joining SIX Swiss Exchange in 2021, after Baloise Asset Management and Solufonds earlier this year. A record of 433’000 trades were executed in investment funds in the first eleven months of this year, 12.5% more than during the same period last year. Trading turnover in investment funds accounts for CHF 9.0 bn in the first eleven months of this year, which is an increase of 10% compared to the same period last year.
The Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund invests in downtown and central locations in large urban areas throughout Switzerland. The portfolio consists of properties in the centres of Zurich, Basel, Geneva as well as St. Gallen and has a market value of CHF 405 mio. The investment policy focuses on long-term asset growth, diversified according to type of use and property characteristics. Thanks to the listing, the fund, which was previously only available to qualified investors, becomes accessible to all investor types including retail investors.
