The highest turnover on a single trading day was recorded on 11 October, which saw securities worth a total volume of CHF 8.2 billion changing hands. This was also the trading day on which the highest number of transactions was conducted, at 417,388. The stock that generated the highest turnover during the reporting month was Nestle N (CHF 11,2 bn), which was also the most-traded security (305,899 transactions).
