The highest turnover on a single trading day was recorded on 2 August, which saw securities worth a total volume of CHF 5.7 billion changing hands. 2 August was also the trading day on which the highest number of transactions was conducted, at 270,724. The stock that generated the highest turnover during the reporting month was Nestle N (CHF 6.6 billion), while the most-traded security was Roche GS (180,426 transactions).
