Listing of Blackstone Resources Ltd

Today, the bearer shares of Blackstone Resources Ltd (BLS) were listed under the “International Reporting Standard” on SIX today. The issued share capital of Blackstone Resources Ltd comprises 42‘700‘000 bearer shares with a nominal value of CHF 0.50 each. The opening price was CHF 13.50 per bearer share, corresponding to a market capitalization of around CHF 576 million. An offering of the company’s shares has not taken place.
