Matthew Tagliani
Matthew Tagliani, CFA is EMEA ETF Head of Product and Sales Strategy at Invesco.
In this role he is responsible for new product development, the management of the existing product suite and the generation of ideas, messaging and content for the sales teams.
Prior to Invesco, Matt held various trading and product specialist roles at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in New York and London.
Matt holds a BSc and MSc in Applied Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is the author of “The Practical Guide to Wall Street: Equities and Derivatives”, a finance textbook published by Wiley Financial.
Olivier Paquier
Olivier Paquier is Global Head of ETF Sales at AXA Investment Managers.
Prior to joining AXA IM, Olivier led JP Morgan Asset Management's ETF Distribution team for continental Europe & Latam before being appointed Head of EMEA Distribution for ETFs. Before that, Olivier was in charge of SPDR ETF distribution in France, Monaco, Spain and Portugal at State Street, covering all client types whether institutional or intermediaries. He also led the distribution team in France for State Street Global Advisors, covering active and passive strategies. Olivier started his career in 2007 at NYSE Euronext as a Product Manager working on ETFs, warrants and certificates.
Karim Chedid
Karim Chedid is Head of the Investment Strategy Team and Chief Strategist for EII EMEA at iShares.
His team is responsible for delivering ETF and index investment trade ideas and market insights to iShares, Wealth and Institutional clients. Karim is a frequent commentator on market views and industry trends on broadcast and print media including Bloomberg, FT, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, Alarabiya, Asharq News and others.
He joined BlackRock in January 2013 from Nomura where he was an Equity Derivatives strategist. Mr. Chedid holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the American University of Beirut (AUB), where he specialised in Macro Economics, Game Theory, and Political Science. He also holds an MSc in Urban Economic Development from University College London (UCL).
Karim co-leads the DEI taskforce for iShares EMEA and sits on the global iShares DEI board. He also sits on the EMEA board for BlackRock’s Out & Allies Committee.
Henry Jim
Henry Jim is ETF Analyst Bloomberg Intelligence at Bloomberg.
Senior ETF product developer with extensive experience in international financial regulatory environments. Developed over 100 retail and institutional ETFs with assets over USD$50 billion across USA, Canada, Europe and Latin America. Proven product leadership and consistent track record of successful product launches.
Henry's specialties are product development, trading and distribution of ETFs. Henry speaks following languages fluently: English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and French.
Danielle Reischuk
Danielle Reischuk is Senior ETFs & ETPs Sales Manager at SIX Swiss Exchange.
In her role, she is responsible for the global acquisition of new product issuers and the further development of the trading platform. She also looks after existing fund clients and traders and is responsible for expanding the fund product segments. In addition, she promotes and shapes the pioneering role of the Swiss Stock Exchange in the trading of crypto products.
etfstream.com named Danielle Reischuk one of the top 30 influencers in the European ETF industry in 2020. In 2014, she launched the "Women in ETFs Zurich Chapter" to promote the exchange and networking of women in the financial industry.
Danielle Reischuk holds a lic. phil. I from the University of Zurich and speaks five languages fluently.
