SIX Swiss Exchange launches a new educational series under the name “Best-in-Class-IPO-Sessions” mainly targeting representatives of IPO candidates.

In our first Best-in-Class-IPO-Session, SWIPRA will outline and discuss the challenges companies face along the journey from a private to a public company and how to overcome them, specifically with a view towards corporate governance, the role of the Board of Directors and sustainability. How do Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) factors impact the company strategy and the equity story, what is changing once a company will be publicly traded and what is the role of the Board of Directors in driving this process? SWIPRA will consider key ESG factors and how companies and their management teams should address during and after the IPO.
