Hybrid Work & Working Hours
Our working model allows up to 60% remote work annually. Employees work a standard 42-hour week with flexible yearly hours.
Vacation
Employees can enjoy 25 holiday days or more depending on the position. Moverover, they can purchase either five or ten additional annual vacation days.
Remuneration and Retirement
In addition to wages in line with the market and performance, we provide an attractive retirement package with above-average benefits.
Child Care
SIX pays its employees a supplement for child care.
Paternity Leave
SIX offers its employees in Switzerland four weeks of paternity leave.
Mothers: 16 weeks at 100% salary (option to add 8 weeks of unpaid leave)
Fathers: 4 weeks
Balance
We support flexible working models. This includes up to ten additional vacation days per year for employees in Switzerland.
Preventive Measures
Employees can obtain advice on questions concerning health issues in the workplace.
Public Transit
SIX supports commuting by public transit and pays part of the cost of a personal pass.

Our Continuous Learning Model accounts for learning in four contexts:
Education
Traditional learning at schools, universities, training facilities. Generally formal in nature with a defined beginning and end, measured and tracked (e.g. classroom training offered by SIX Academy, digital learning).
Exposure
Learning that occurs through interaction and relationships with colleagues, experts, and thought leaders. You develop your skills by building connections through peers, teaching others, participating in communities, and coaching or mentoring activities.
Experience
Learning that occurs through performing professional tasks at work and in projects. Learning can include learning on the job in stretch assignments, job rotations, or special projects.
Environment
